USE-60 drops or 1 dropper full, 3 X daily in a small amount of water or as needed
Tinctures are concentrated herbal formulas made by soaking herbs (dried or fresh), in alcohol. The alcohol pulls out the active botanical constituents of the plants leaving behind a concentrated liquid, which is then taken in small doses(drops). If someone is avoiding alcohol completely then you should refrain from using tinctures altogether unless it's made with glycerine instead.
